Bosch Compact Kitchen center (Magic Mill)

Hi there
Kinda need some help. I lent my mixer to the tenant downstairs to make bread one weekend. He neglected to clean the machine after it was used, had not mentioned that he had gummed bread dough past the dough hook while it was running, and needless to say, a few weeks later when I tried to use it, the machine head didnt move, the motor did, and the gear inside the head stripped. Does anyone here know where I can get parts for this kind of mixer at all, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have already contacted them, but to date not gotten a reply to my inquiry.

problem solved

Got an email from a business in Cowichan Bay BC (Vancouver Island BC) they have the pinion gear as well as the new ball bearing sets needed to do the repairs on my mixer.
Thanks for your suggestions just the same Launderess, its so nice when people like yourself are there when help and advice are needed.
