BOSCH WVD24520 and WVH28421

HELP HELP HELP!!!

Guys I am absolutely baffled. I have reached a brick wall and I cant mount it. I had a Bosch WVH28421 washer dryer and now a friend has a WVD24520 washer dryer. They both have the same problem only I disposed of my washer dryer a short while ago and now this friends washer dryer has exactly the same problem.

You cant select a programme as it gives the impression the screen is frozen but shortly after turning the control dial it starts automatically to drain without actually pressing any buttons and without it being on the drain programme. I found a working washer dryer PCB which was exactly the same and swapped them over but its not correcting the problem. Anyone know what else I could try? I literally cant get it to do anything!!!

Is there water in the base of the machine?

Which board did you change?

Hi Mike, which board did you change? My WVH28420 had exactly the same fault and i changed virtually everything before realising its the board. (NTC probes, level switch, motor, interlock...)
