Caloric gas on gas stove parts

I am looking to replace the stove top on my 1950's gas on gas stove. Where would I be able to find this part? It is a 4 burner that is 36 x 21.5 inches.

ad, they have TONS of parts for gas on gas stoves.

I am unfamiliar with the term "gas on gas."  Sounds like a stove that needs an intervention.

Its a gas range with a gas end heater.

Thanks.  In the mid '80s I lived in a place with a big 1937 Wedgewood that I guess would be described as trash-and-gas-on-gas.   I was the first person to ever light the pilot for the heater and use it.
