Can anyone explain this?

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

When I get stuff like that, I simply say oh yeah? Let's play race cars! Bend over. I'll drive! Steve, I'm still laughing!!! Perfect answer!!!

Funny you say that because I was thinking the same thing. It's my initiation FINALLY. It only took a year and a half before my first washer hate mail!

Panthera, I can definitely see your points of view. However, here's where I think a posting like this IS beneficial. It's things like that that make groups of good people become even more cohesive. Now I really feel like I know who my friends are here and that's very important to me.

My other reason for bringing this subject to the forum was simply because I suspected it was a current member and they needed to be dealt with. That's how little I knew about them. I didn't even know they had been banned long ago for this behavior and I sure didn't know how much they knew about me.

I really do appreciate everyone's responses and I definitely feel the love. Tony and I have been through quite a few difficult times and not a day went by that we weren't shown some kind of care and consideration from fellow members here.

Thanks guys!

Well, Jon,

I guess it is one way to find out who your friends are. But, gosh, golly, gee - I can think of nicer ways.
I didn't mean "stop-talking" I just meant that, as far as I was concerned, the matter was settled. I did not know how far Bob had gone until I received quite a few emails from other folks on the subject (I get ya folks, no need to send more, I agree, the man has serious problems).
We all say things from time to time which we shouldn't and I would rather spend my time focused on the good stuff than the hateful.
And, thank goodness! There's more than enough good around here!

More explaining is in order here. I know you are tired of this thread so, yes, I'm trying to sorta shut it down.

I did not post this thread with that horrible email so that people would feel sorry for me and I would know who my friends are. I'm a grown man and still serving in the Army. I get yelled at all the time and don't take it personally. That's part of my current job. I can handle that. However, this is a completely random email from someone whom I knew absolutely nothing about but knew they must be from this club.

So:

A. If they were a member, I wanted them to be banned.
B. If they weren't a member then I needed to be concerned about my security.
C. I wanted to know who this person was and why this would happen.

I now have all the knowledge I need thanks to many emails and responses. It was all very helpful and in the process "I now know who my friends really are."

I'm not going to play the victim but, in turn, please don't mix the victim and the perpetrator up because I certainly have done nothing wrong to anyone.

Thanks

Jon

Jon,

I won't - and nobody else will here, either. I still can't believe anyone could be that nasty. I mean, really - we all sort of got past that before we got to kindergarden, didn't we? Your security concerns are valid and I bet Robert would have done that thing with his nose and Bob would have disappeared if he were still here.
Gosh, what useless drama and pointless hatred - I'd far rather make friends than enemies. And you, dear sir, are a double plus benefit to this club from my perspective.

I had no idea that he was banned from the site. I kinda thought that was strange that he wasnt posting his hideous cakes and what not here. Now it makes sense to me. To me it just takes just one person to cause a problem like this. I think and its my opinion that we all are like a big family here some you really like and some not so much. But we all have something to contribute to this club and that what keeps me coming back. You never know what you might learn.

Jon S.

You're contributions to this club are unmeasured. You have provided me with great joy with the washer ads you post in the Imperial Forum. It helped me figure out when my neighbor's washer was manufactured. This is a question I had for years. Keep up the good work!

I did not know you were in the Army. Thank you for your service to our country.

Happy Easter!
James
