Am surprised these dryers took so long with such a small load of "light weight" items. Then again since this dryer like the Hoover were perhaps designed to dry items almost totally spun dry by the fast speed spin dryers.
Would find either the Maytag or Hoover dryer interesting to have for fluffing wool sweaters after washing, but in all honesty cannot get over all that hot moist air and lint spewing all over the place from an unvented dryer. Perhaps that is why these dryers take so long, given that unless the room has good air circulation, the air will become quite humid meaning the make up intake air won't be dry enough either.
Parts are VERY rare for the Hoover dryer, and most are NLA or soon to be so for the Maytag.
