Hello

My name is Jade and I have had a life time love of vintage, esp wringer washers and all housewares from the "atomic" era.
I am now the proud owner of a "new" vintage round Simplicity wringer washer that I am lost as to where to find information on. The owner told me it was from the late 50's but to me it looks like a 60s/70s style, esp since the "chrome" at the bottom is actually plastic. I am in need of a user manual if possible and any information on it would be great. The manufacture tag reads in part: cyc 60 which I assume means made in 1960?

Thanks for any and all information.I don't have any pictures right now but I can take some if anyone wants to see it

Go to the top of the forum main page and click on the link to the Super Searchalator.

Once on the Searchalator page, type in "simplicity wringer" and you'll get information that might provide leads on instructions for your machine.

Thank you for your reply. I tried that and don't see anything that I can use. Does anyone else have any information or direction I can search in?

thanks

HI!

Welcome. There are those who know far more than I, but I am of reasonable certainty that Speed Queen produced the Simplicity line. It may be easier for you for find Speed Queen info--and I think they are very similar.
