Casa Singapore ELBA washing machines

Anyone with experience trying to call CASA for repairs of ELBA front load washing machines?
It's horrible I am trying to get my ONLY 1.5 years old front load ELBA washing machine repaired as the cycle won't complete itself.
There is NO response at ALL - calling all times of day, emailed 2x, called mainline and had my number taken down and still no response.
So, my advice - STAY CLEAR OF ELBA machines!

Can you give more detail of EXACTLY what your machine is doing wrong? Where in the cycle is it failing? Is it showing any error codes? Any flashing lights?

It might just be a blockage in the pump, for example.

Also details of the model.

Elba is a second brand of Fisher and Paykel, I thought they were NZ only, I didn't know they were in Singapore.

If you post a photo we might recognize its Fisher & Paykel or Haier equivalent.

The more info you provide, the better chance we can give helpful advice.

There was an F&P toploader pair marketed in the U.S. under the Elba label, through Sears and maybe Lowe's, IIRC.
