I was exercising the e2l today and it started to make a different kind of noise. I noticed that the agitator wasn't turning as fast as usual. After removing the clothes and draining the tub I removed the agitator and it appears that the splined female end on it had loosened inside of the hard rubber thingy that it is staked into (in the center post of the agitator). What would be the best way to securely stake it back in? I was thinking of an epoxy or possibly MEK to melt the female end into the center piece, both pieces appear to be made of plastic material. Any suggestions is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
