Centre-Dial 'Tag Manuals - Still Searching

Hellooooooooooooo!

Anybody out there have manuals for a Maytag A108 washer and a DE608 dryer? I'm looking for these, or at least, Xeroxes or scans of them. I'm looking for both operating manuals and installation guides, for both machines.

I know perfectly well how to operate the machines, no problem there, but I like to have manuals for my vintage goodies, so they're complete. After a year and a half of searching eBay and the like, I'm still coming up empty.

I will do - I was going to say I'll do anything legal or moral to get these goodies, but actually, I'm getting flexible on that! ;-)

Seriously, any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

When I had my first Maytag in College

I called Maytag themselves, and they sent me xerox copies for it. You could always try and see. Now that it is Whirlpool, it is iffy. They were proud to sent it out to me. Do you have their #? It is worth a shot. i also googled and came up with this

I was told that they don't have manuals for anything that old, about six months ago. It would seem that Whirlpool is winding down extended support for such old models, which by this time, I guess is their right. Too bad for people like us, though, eh?

How about the 806?

Ben, do you have any manuals/repair books for the A806? If so would you be willing to mail a copy or an upload for a price?

If you don't mind hold on for a bit - I am actually in the middle of trying to create .pdf files for the A806 parts break downs, as well as a .pdf of the 1966 Maytag repair manual.

I think between my stuff and Cory's multitude of 806s', there are some owners manuals somewhere. I'll dig around and see if I can scan those too. Shoot me an email.
