Changing Trans on Maytag Atlantis

I recently found a 35-6615 Hi Torque trans for my Maytag Atlantis, MAV6200AWW washer. What else do I need to get in order to switch this trans out?

Also, any tips on doing this job?

I'm hoping I can just unbolt the tub from the old trans, and bolt it to the new trans with no serious problems. Anyone know for sure?
