The 2nd link .....

shows a '55 white Philco for $4250.

On closer examination: the door handles were simply taped off and you can see a paint line on the chrome. Also the exterior door handles are pitted and the kick panel is pitted as well.

Missing one door shelf, one egg crate shelf, the butter door and the freezer door bar. And the first interior picture is of a different fridge!

Asking ain't getting for sure! For this kind of $$ you'd expect better attention to detail. [this post was last edited: 4/17/2019-13:16]

Sometimes I do, but admit other times don't.

One must download pictures onto one's device, then upload to post. No, it isn't that complicated but don't always have that kind of time, and or want to bother. Not to mention then have to go back and delete said photos to clear space (eventually).

Please don't think I criticize or cavel; merely explaining. [this post was last edited: 4/18/2019-01:30]

Seems like those sellers have been huffing the refrigerants from these fridges!!!!Will pass!!At one point you would find fridges like those at radio and TV transmitter sites. If the plant gets a rehab-you could get the fridge for FREE since the station would more likely scrap it.At the radio station Studio and transmitter sites I have worked in or visited-there is an old fridge of some kind-GE most common, then a microwave, toaster oven and a hotplate.

To get that kind of money they need to be perfect. I find there are two different vintage appliance customers: cheapskate, looking for a $400 fridge delivered. The other, wants it perfect, with price being a secondary.

These do not fall into any of the categories
