Along time ago, I bought both my mom and sister a Kenmore Ultra Wash (power clean) for helping with some catering. Wasn't quite top of the line but not far from it. So about a month ago my sister said hers was spraying water out the door. Checked the gasket and it was fine but the lower wash arm wobbled quite a bit. The underneath rim where it sits on the plastic or whatever it is seal was rubbed all the way through. (don't have a pic of that one). So put a new arm in, then her crazy husband was doing some work in the kitchen, had pulled the dishwasher out, and when he put it back in, he didn't turn the water back on. Ran it through a cycle dry, and they said it smelled like it was burning. So I gave them my ASKO I had moved to the garage.
So, took the new arm and put It on my moms. Her's was wearing out the same way, just not as bad. You can see in the pics that there is a spot or two that has worn all the way through. Surprises me that the metal on the arm would wear out before the arm support ring seal thingymabopper.
