That really is a nice range.
I doubt that its usage hours would be much of a concern. It looks spotless and very well cared for, and that's the most important part. And the parts that wear can be repaired and/or replaced.
I wish I had a kitchen where a full size range could fit. This house surely had one when it was first built (1941) but at some point in the 60's or 70's the kitchen was remodeled, and the nook where the range was sited was converted over to a space for a fridge and cabinet containing a wall oven. Then a wall was knocked out and a peninsula with a cooktop installed more or less where it was, opening up into an adjacent bedroom turned into family room. In the attic, however, are traces of the former flue/vent for the gas range, over where the fridge now sits.
I replaced the old electric (Corning) cooktop with a gas unit, but modern sealed gas burners simply don't perform as well as older open designs, IMHO.
