When we bought our home in Lake Bluff, IL from the original builder/owner of our early 1950's house, it also came with the original 1950's Admiral Dual-Temp Combination Refrigerator-Freezer. It was Mrs. Glader's pride and joy, which she lovingly cared for it's over 50 years of use. The refrigerator even came with the brochure, shown in the photos. Though it was still working, we replaced it with a more modern one and the Admiral went into the garage and later moved with us to Danville, CA, where our son had it in his bedroom for storge and later moved back to our garage.

It's come time to part with this classic so that it might go to a home where it could be treasured as Mrs. Glader had for so many years. It's in very good condition and would make an excellent addition to a home or business that appreciates a retro-classic. Why not frame the brochure and feature it next to the Admiral Dual-Temp. There is also a TV commercial on the Admiral Dual-Temp that you can save and show to your friends, and plenty of ads on Ebay that you can pick up to use along with this.

We could offer and sell this on Ebay for between $750 - $1,000, given it's condition and history, but for the convenience of you picking it up at our house to a good home, we are willing to part with it for $500 OBO.

This will go fast at this price, so don't wait!

This is a working O'Keefe and Merritt Antique Town and Country stove. It has six burners, a warming drawer, two full-size ovens with windows, two full-size broilers and a storage drawer. it is 57"w x 29"d x 57"h

This stove is incredible, no chips or cracks in the porcelain. It was made between 1947-1954, we do not know the exact age but it is in excellent condition. The stove has been in the same house since that time period, we are remodeling the house and need an updated stove. The price is $8,000.00 or best offer, must be CASHIER'S CHECK. You provide transportation of the stove, but we can help load it onto a truck/moving van for you if you need.

Reply #74, I have never seen a stove like this before. You could do some serious cooking with that unit. Wow double broilers, double ovens, 6 burners plus plus. Wonder how big the house is that it is in. Must have been for a large family.
