This is one of the best examples of a Hygena kitchen of this vintage I have ever seen. Also I have never seen this arrangement of a this model Creda Hob, earlier Tricitys yes, but not this Creda
As a change from green kitchens, lets have an orange one. I think from the logo on the sink unit that these are Grovewood Daintymaid (such a cute name!) and will date from the 1970s. Actually this looks like a classic example of a kitchen that has been extended, something quite common place these days but back in the 1970s it was really going for it to extend the space as well as refit it. It looks like the oven, hob and hood are 1980s (late) or 1990s (early) Hotpoint replacements.
I would be looking at my £500 a long while before I would be spending it on this!
I don't often feature Hi-Fi and stuff like that (its not that I am not interested I just do not have the time) but I thought I would share this with you. Someone has gone to a lot of effort to craft a cabinet from a car stereo. 8 tracks never really caught on here, more so in cars than domestic and I once even saw an 8 track recorder. I think whoever made this did quite a good job
You're right - they did a great job for what was a pretty conservative (modest)8-track. Avid woodworker who designed and built this, probably had more fun building it than using it - maybe.
I remember those Philips electric corkscrews. Probably best to let it go. I'm still using my Moulinex FP but I broke that little plastic Mixer attachment that goes in the bowl years and years ago mixing coleslaw.
