Braun Kitchen Machine

The Braun is not a KM 32 as advertised, but a KM 3 or 31 (blue accents), made from 1957 - 1964. The slicer/shredder is from the same generation Kitchen Machines. The other attachments are from the KM 32 series (green accents) that was made from 1964 - 1993.

I don't know about the KM 3 and 31 series, because I never got to use one of those, but the KM 32 is definetely not a very noisy machine. If it's noisy, it might be time to change the carbon brushes.

Thanks as ever for your input. I have the earlier machine (like this) which will certainly give the Kenwood Chef a run for its money in the noise stakes. It is interesting your comments about the green accents on the accessories as I think some of mine are the same. I am not sure that I have seen the later version on ebay although I cane see it in my memory

In the Netherlands and in Germany the KM 3 and 31 series are rather rare. The KM 32 series was very popular, so you see still a lot of those.

Here's an overview of both models on a Dutch website.

Here are some ads on the German eBay site, machines and parts of the KM 32:
