I have to say I like the look of it, the roofline is great although I don't know if it would be conducive to areas known to get snow.

I am seriously considering this, I am big fan of mid century style, recently relocated to Baltimore/DC, there is a facebook page that shows the house in colder climates too

If you had a wooded lot it would be a nightmare keeping the leaves out of the gutter/drainage system. alr2903

Butterfly roofs-didn't realize they are still around.Think I'll pass-wonder if these will fair out good in hurricane country.

Are they made from old shipping containers? I got tired of hopping around the site trying to find out.
