@liamy1 I would have a guess and say it was Robert Mcbride who makes Sainsbury's own brand. The own brands are less sudsy than the mainstream brands have you found that?
Yes, I don't really use own brand all that much, but overall I suppose they are a bit lower sudsing. However, I have noticed the mainstream brands have also got much better at lower suds.
