Comfort Silk

Who remembers Comfort Silk, I used to love this stuff, they stopped selling it in the early 00's.

While as comfort smells nice, I find it doesn't soften as well in Concentrate Form. I used to love the Pink Lily and Riceflower one, but then they got rid of it =[

we used to have Comfort Silk in Australia before it was discontinued only a few months ago. Very nice scent, gentle yet still lingered on clothes. Really softnened well too.

I have put a link to a video in which i used Comfort Silk in my old Whirlpool :-D The softner appears at around 5:20 in the vid.

On the subject of cartons

I just noticed your comfort silk was in a carton matt

whatever happened to cartons? weren't they recyclable, as i remember you used to be able to get refill packs for lenor, ariel/daz/fairy liquid in pouches, and persil liquid in cartons to refill the bottles.

and hard to believe that 10 years ago we used to have concentrated detergents like Daz Ultra/Ariel Futur in small boxes and then now they are back again.

Cartons were phased out because they weren't very eco fr

If you remember in about 1998/9 they changed to the really thin square plastic bottles that were crushable to reduce waste.

Ofcourse that idea went out the window, cos now they use big thick plastic bottles, they may be recyclable, but are still a waste of plastic IMO
