Final Spin / Goodbye!

It always hurts to leave and say goodbye. I have been going through such a hard time in my life and this convention get together made me feel a lot better. I want to give thanks to everyone especially John who let me be his guest and Jeff and Cal for the best welcome and hospitality. I also enjoyed seeing everyone and making new friends. I wish we could do this every week. Please keep in touch all of you and I hope you all like the pictures!
Best Wishes to all!

Posting Pictures!

Hi Gary
I am sorry you could not make it. Long time since we chated. I hope all is well. I wasn't able to add the names. As it is it took me 2 1/2 hours to do this and I was very pressed for time as it was. Hopefully we can chat and I will fill you in as to who is who or of course Steve could fill you in.
Best Wishes,
Peter

Peter it was so good to see you again!! Thanks for sharing all the great pictures. We really did have a great time!

Thanks for the photos Pete

It was as if I was there. I know how hard it is to take the pictures, download them, decide which ones are worthy of posting and then add captions. YIKES!

You did a fantastic job and I really enjoyed it.

Patrick

I spy a Karmann Ghia at Smitty's shop.

Smitty has been holding out on me. :-)

I'll get to that shop next time...

Fabulous pictures! Thanks so much for posting them... It was great meeting you <and everyone> this weekend!

Fred-

The Ghia is a 74. She's going back to her owner shortly, so you'd better get back there and swipe her before too long. Has to have been the cleanest, straightest example I've ever seen. Made my 69 look like a heap!

Peter what great pictures you got there,
i had a great time with you and was so good seeing you what a surprise.
Ok who took the photos of the group shots the are so cool ?
Wishing you the best on the job search.

Great pics

Funny that looks like each side of the country not only had a wash-in but also each featured a canine mascot!!! The puppy dog is so cute! Thanks for posting the pics. :-)

Yes, he's a big baby. I have a feeling your pup wins hands down on the maturity scale. :-) Adolf just always likes to be a goof-off. That's why I love him so. hehe (Actually that's true for both of the boys in this photo.)

Peter

those are some of the best pictures I 've seen of the wash-in! It was great to see you again and Artey told me he had a blast with your attentions!!

IT was good to see you and I hope this event will brighten your future as it has mine.I feel like I have a new begining now, spin cycle has started and it feels great!

Thank you to John E for all that hard, hard work you did, to John F for putting all those extra appliance hours after working with them all week long.

Thanks to Smitty for all those intimate squeezes! YEHAW!

Thanks to Cal & Jeff for just being THEM! Hallalujah I am lucky to have them in my life!

Thanks to Greg for ordering the "The Table for One" and putting my bartending skills to their limit "shake/shake!" And yes there is LARD in YOUR future!

Terry I felt we were standing shoulder to shoulder together all week long, ready for the crowd!

Thanks to Gary for educating me in the ways of the Spin Dryer, Can't wait this weekend to try her out! And its always nice to hash over life with you!

As always I am glad to have spent time with our hoarse yet ebullient Webmaster (my favorite competitor-collector and nemisis) Artey wants to come to Minnie Robert!
And as for Hooverwheelaway with the extra long handle well, all I can say is "nice fur!"

And lastly Thanks to everyone who took the time, effort and expense to attend this Wash IN.

I think it's clear the now the whole club would like to support and see another International event in the future.

OK, Wait

In one of the agitator pics I see a FOUR winged surgilator. Did this agitator actually exist or was it "manufactured". Just when I thought I had seen everything, this blew my mind
