RE Cookware..
To my way of thinking, Vita Craft or Towne Craft are the best on the market, 7 ply and heavy, plus good old fashioned plastic handles, any of the West Bend door to door products are great also.but you really better bring a big check book, you will be looking at near 2000.00, which is why my old Aristo Craft does just fine!

If you have the funds, I'd take a serious look at Bourgeat. I've used their stainless cookware on induction stoves and they work very well.
