I remember that ad when it first came out! It was in a magazine that my mom subscribed too. I also remember drooling over that stove and not just because it's in Turquoise, which is my all time favorite color. I love the idea of having the controls on the hood. It would be very hard to pass this one up. And, I live in an apartment!

I love the design of the kitchen. I agree with Veg, those cabinets are nifty (I love the color!) -- even though they don't have any drawers. I love the tool rack over the oven.

Greg: I'm glad that you were able to save the washer and dryer. I hope they both need minimal work to get them up and running.

OK, I couldn't resist it.

I need another stove like a need a hole in the head, and I have no idea how I would get it to Seattle anyhow, but this was just too unique not to snag. Plus, Mom has a big basement, and she's not supposed to go down there ;-)

So here it is. Haven't gotten the wall oven yet, and will post pics of that when available.
