I came across these pieces on Ebay today.  I've never seen this pattern before, maybe someone here knows about and/or collects this pattern.  Very "atomic"!

Syracuse China is restaurant grade without looking like it. I was a part of a large family that had the American Songbirds Set made by Syracuse based on paintings by Athos Menaboni. They were used about 3 times a day and run through the Frigidaire Spin Tube dishwasher after each meal, emerging so hot they could not be handled with bare hands and yet looked like new after years of use.
