Yes boys we DO LOVE our induction! Jon recommended that when I did my kitchen, to install the Cook-Tek induction units. Best advice I've ever gotten!!! You can actually set the temperature of the pan, which is a G R E A T feature. Appnut, there is a disc you can get to put under cookware that is not magnetic, that will allow you to use your Revere Ware. However, it then becomes as slow as an electric hob....and of course gas is even slower. Might be time to get you some All Clad anyway, as it's cooking performance is top notch. It's great to see the entire bottom of the pan heat instead of coil hot spots. I don't know if the new induction ranges come with the temperature feature or not, as I haven't shopped them. A friend just bought the Whirlpool induction cooktop (got it on sale at Lowes for $1199.00) and it just has arbitrary numbers instead of temp settings. She LOVES it!!! THANKS JON!!!

Mark! I have an induction unit a the shop that you can set the pan temperature and it is heaven as when a customer walks in I know nothing is going to burn while they ask me to stitch their name on their butt.
