If You will notice!
The "bump" in the middle of the inside! The compressor on these is mounted halfway up the back, instead of being at the bottom, this allowed more cabinet space.

In Some Parts Of The USA
Persons of a certain age, if not others refer to all refrigerators as "Coolerators".
It even made it into a rock and roll song:
