this has been for sale on CL for a LONG time, I saw this post back in mid DEC ... ... for the same price. They won't "Break up" the set either.

When i read that the kitchen was in the basement my thought was maybe that this was a "summer Kitchen". Some houses in Maine had them where it was in a cooler part of the house and they would use that instead of the main kitchen during the summer. That was done because nobody had a/c at the home.

Very interesting to see - love the built-in refrigerator. I wonder if that was built by Preway? It's probably a Revco model in disguise. A never used KitchenAid KD12P in copper? Now that would be cool.
Again, a very hopeful seller with that price though. You can't get anything more difficult to work with than four built-in appliances - you'd have to build a kitchen around them and offer sacrifices to the appliance gods that they never need service as most people are not able to work on them and we can be quite sure that parts are quite likely NLA for all these models. Never used or used occasionally doesn't necessarily mean fully functional and the whole-house service plan will probably exempt these ;-) $250 sounds more reasonable.

I would pay a grand for them. Or, offer less, and see what they would go for. A Grand does not buy much anymore.
I would want to make sure that they are truly unused.
And in turn, I don't know how good it would be that the fridge, or dishwasher was never used. I am sure that they would need attention to get them up to shape.
I think that it is best to get the address where these are located. If you don't see the ad again, keep driving by because they might be by the curbside before you know it.
They are unique however.
