The 606 dryer at least, was built in Jan 1969.   The 806 Washer is right in there somewhere too, but has a newer 1975 - 1980 timer knob.  

 

The small chrome strip at the top of front panel on the 806 models was gone after 1972 (or 1973?).

 

Nice set. (except for the missing buttons).

Nice looking set!  The chrome strip along the top of the front panel was omitted from production in '75. 

 

It looks like the washer has seen some service, which tells me that someone LOVED this washer/dryer set.
