Gotta give 'em credit for keeping the production of Core
It is nice--and almost sort of surprising. I saw a display of china at one store not long ago. I went through it, and was surprised when I saw Corelle boxes say that it's made in the US. Everything else seems to be outsourced now, and I guess I'd have assumed Corelle might be, too.
In fact, Corelle was about the only US made thing in the china display.
Even supposedly fancier dishes from another company said "China" on the back. What a convenient model of efficiency--one word to describe the general type of item (china) AND to tell us where it comes from (China). I do hope that the CEO who outsourced, getting this improved efficiency, did manage to get million dollar raise.
