Wow you have a never ending supply of awesome stoves! And even a working heat minder! Do you ever recycle and bring back a stove that had been in your home previously, or is every year a stove that has never been used in your home?

I really like your Frigidaire range. Where is your cottage, if I may ask? It looks like the ones out around Island lake, or like used to be off of Lower, upper, and middle straits lakes near ten or eleven mile and Orchard Lake roads. Even on lake Chemung.
Most of those have been torn down and have newer larger homes on the lots, but there are a few left.

Ok, thanks. That was going to be my third guess, but thinking you are likely a west sider, I didn't. Or are you?
I only presume so because your house is in such nice condition, like it is in a nice part of Redford, older Livonia, or Green Acres at 8 mile and Woodward.
Most of the east side neighborhoods like those are run down. Even east Outer drive, and over near St. John Hospital where the police and fireman used to live.
There are a few nice small pockets off of Moross close to Grosse Pointe woods and shores. Even Harper Woods has become much less than desirable.
I don't mean to condescend anyone's area if you or they are the last left there who keep a nice place now. I've seen plenty of homes fenced in with nice cyclone or other to keep out the local plight.
Detroit will come back. It takes time. I'm sure many European cities have been through the aging and renewal process over the centuries.
