Hi
I'm sorry I keep going on about New Hotpoints and all that, but this machine I found on Indesit Image Bank has interested me - OK it's a dryer, TCUD97C6P to be precise.
But look at the water reservoir, The dial type button things, don't match up with it, however it could be that the new Washer range follows with this design too, I hope so.
Ok, so What's different - Well it's basically got new programmes that previous Ultima dryer didn't have, and looks like the buttons all double up, as two programmes.
For Instance:
Button 1 - 1st press Cottons, 2nd Press Shirts
Button 6 - 1st Press Baby, 2nd Press Darks.
I also noticed this one seems to have Gold Woolmark, instead of Silver, which all the older models seem to have. Could it be this one distributes, like AEG's?
Also noticed - Goodnight Extra Option, I mean these things are quiet already, so it must do something else, but what??
There is also a less fluff extra option, again like Goodnight, I don't know how this will work, because fluff comes off clothes as they tumble naturally, could it be something to do with Distribution, hence Woolmark award too?? It will need good bearings to do that!
Would be nice to see an actual one in action, but it does seem to only be condenser. So far no washers on the Indesit Image bank - have this design
Finally on further research - The Model number indicates that this has 7 Sensor drying levels - the old Ultima's had 3 (and 4 was available on foreign versions - hence 4 bars in the instructions), so could it mean a complete re-design of the display?
Anyone's thoughts??
Sorry Photo is too big to upload, so press the link and a big photo opens, click the image, it zooms in even further!
