It's Always Sunny In Summerlin

I guess the buyer thought the power cord connected to the gas range for powering the clock/timer and electronic ignition makes it "dual fuel".
Considering how much home prices have fallen in Las Vegas as a whole (and Summerlin is one of the more expensive master-planned communities in Sin City), I suspect the buyer was trying to make a little back on the appliance sale!
