Craigslist KitchenAid KDS-18

Last week after thinking I had finally found a KitchenAid KDS-18 in decent shape on craigslist I contacted the seller, they said it was for sale I arranged for a shipper, after contacting them again to pay for it.. they said they gave it away to someone who needed a dishwasher. If anyone knows of one,or has a KDS-18 in decent shape They would like to get part with please let me know... thanks Jim

I have a kds-58 and kdp-58, you can have both if you pay for shipping..

The only caveat is it trips the breaker during the wash cycles. I think its the bi-metals on the detergent dispenser, but if you are looking for project units, these would be perfect for that.

I haven't taken it apart to see if thats what it is because I got a new Maytag dw before that started happening. I don't believe there is anything major wrong given when the trip happens...

They would be shipped from a commercial address in zip 58601.

I bought the KDP as a parts machine, I needed the wash arm support, the upper basket and a seal so thats what I took off the KDP. I was told the kdp worked but took the parts off before I tried it.

and used only infrequently, owned by a patient of my wife's, 92 yr old who recently died. $75 in Binghamton NY.
