I saw the documentary "Crazy Love" the other day on the Sundance channel. For those who don't know, it's the true story of Burton Pugach and Linda Riss. In 1959 Pugach (out of a jealous rage) had paid someone to throw lye acid into the eyes of Linda Riss thus blinding her. After Pugach got out of jail 14 years later for the crime, Linda Riss marries the guy !!! They are still married to this day (24 years). After watching the documentary, my first thoughts were for Linda and how brave she was through her ordeal. Personally I think she married the guy for his money (he's a Paralegal) so I don't think she's totally crazy. She did it out of necessity. I'm glad she's being taken care of now but I thought how I would love to meet this couple. They are only two hours away from me (they live in Queens, N.Y.). Please let me know if anyone of you saw the movie and what you thought. I'll let all of you know if and when I meet Linda and Burt and what transpires.
