We own a Cuisinart food processor. It came with several blades.
Recently we went to an estate sale and although their Cuisinart food processor was nowhere to be found, the accessory blades were still there. We bought them and they fit.
However, we cannot find out what each blade does. Tried Cuisinart’s website, YouTube and other resources to no avail.
Your expert advice is most welcome!

Each blade has a number on it - your photos show DLC-033 and DLC-036.

just google each number and you will find your answers.

DLC-033 is 3mm x 3mm julienne blade; DLC-036 is 6 x 6 mm French fry blade.

Your other blades will have similar numbers.

Your discs have a small number in the centre, they show DLC-7 which is the model number of the machine they were made for. I googled that model number and found the Amazon listing below which shows a full set and the description lists every blade in the set.

I have that 9 disk set, had it for decades. It does not get a lot of use but very handy when needed.  I believe there are 5 or 6 different slicing disk of differing sizes, and  a few julianne disks. You must use it with the stem that locks into the disk.
