Just stumbled across this countertop dishwasher that I have never seen before. It seems to have water reservoir on top that you pour hot water into the top to be used for the entire cycle. There is a video at the link showing it running. Interesting design, would be fun to play with but it's more expensive that other counter dishwashers I've seen.

Saw a guy do a Youtube video review about 2-3 months ago. He bought a house and has an extremely small kitchen. And it was perfect for his situation.

Cute as it is it doesn't look like it holds much, but I want one LOL. I never realized how many different makes/models there are of these things now on Amazon. I read the reviews on this Farberware one and then I read the reviews on another make/model Novette I think, and some of them were the same person and comments. So it seems you can't trust the reviews. I've noticed that on other products as well.

I think this makes more sense than the in sink dishwasher that was recently discussed. Both have a fruit wash program, but this one doesn’t require 240V, and also you don’t have to prerinse, just scrape off large chunks. Would be handy for rinsing off prep dishes and the like. Quickest cycle is 40 minutes. Maybe I’ll luck out and find one at Good Will or somewhere else cheap.

Neat, but weird

The world has gotten weird. People can't count on having space or hookups for a dishwasher, which has been a staple of U.S. life since since the 1950s. But we have the technology to make a tiny countertop dishwasher that can also steam-clean baby bottles and toys.

Cool find, @Unimatic!

Here in Europe we have a mini dishwasher called Bob, It's got a UV light as well. Looks really nice and quite fun to get to customise it.

I'll have to re-check the specs on the other one, but Bob looks like it'd appeal to city dwellers with micro kitchens. The water heater eliminate concerns with incoming water temps. The ability to fill a reservoir and run it without a hook-up would be an added attraction for those living in older apartments with ..... ummmm..... 'eccentric' kitchen layouts.
