I have quite a few 'daily' detergents as i try to use something a bit different from my stash every time so it runs down.
My ultimate daily drivers are Dynamo Liquid, Napisan Oxi Action, Fluffy Summer Breeze and a Dettol Sanitizing Laundry Rinse - i work with disabled people so its best to keep everything as germ free as possible.

The i have a range of other kinda daily ones, I use the Ariel Color tablets on my colors all the time though. The Gain i got sent by Polkanut, beautiful scent and I am trying to ration it but its just a bit irresistable. The Tide i can't use too much as it is non HE and the Indesit just doesn't cope very well if you use a drop too much.
The Gain fabric softener is amazing, very light but delicious scent.
The Lenor is a regular favourite of mine although this scent is a tad too tangy for my liking.
The Fab is the one the housemates use, not letting them anywhere near my stash haha

And in the dryer, whenever we use it, i grabbed some Nice n Fluffy dryer sheets to use from the British shop, don't do much to be honest but we only use the dryer to dry Socks, Undies and Tea Towels, so no big deal.
We have a Fisher and Paykel reversing wall mount dryer, we keep it outside to keep the heat out of the house.
That's about it for me haha

I have been loving Clorox Greenworks (unscented) for a few weeks now. Seems to tackle any stain my kids can throw at it. I also like it does not contain optical brighteners.
Also use Vaska for sheets, towels and delicates - love that stuff.
I have been tempted lately by the Purex with Zout ... may have to try it.

Two loads today ... uh, well, yesterday ... Wisk HE Stain Spectrum liquid. STPP added. Whites load with oxybleach. Both with Snuggle softener of some blueish-ilk bottle. An old towel in the non-whites load was quite grungy, used outdoors several months for the occasional quick wipe-up after yard work and such. Came amazingly clean out of the Neppy TL on Normal cycle Warm/Heavy soil.

I like how Wisk works but my kids broke out from it. My favorite is the old Wisk powder from the early '90s.

The Triple-Enzyme Purex with Zout (I've tried the unscented) works very well, although I'm not much of a liquid person. The enzymes are protease, amylase and mannanase, by the way.
I'm fascinated by the Dynamo liquid in Matty's post. It has phosphates! I don't recall a US liquid detergent that had phosphates even before some areas started banning them.

Sears Ultra Plus.....always....and as I can find it on sale
Tide and Gain, when on sale and combined with a rare coupon
or any new product that comes out on the market, always have to try to new stuff, and give our opinion, its what we do....lol...
and then theres a variety of stuff you find on clearance or a super sale you can't pass up....

At this moment I'm using: Surf-color, Tide total care, ERA, and most of all the detergent from the bucket, which is "Splendid" a Swiss made detergent from SPAR Supermarkets. In the back you can see the big box of Calgon and 2 Lenor softeners.
For the dryer I use Lenor, Soupline, Bounce or Snuggle dryer sheets.

This is a good thread and very interesting to read. I have been using persil small & mighty and love the smell. I also use persil bio tablet, which scored 82% in the June which.
What fabric conditioners do you guys use. I have been using comfort, blue skies, but the fragrance does not seem to last. A friend of ours uses lenor, the blue one, and the fragrance seems to last for ages.

New Version Of Xtra
I have recently found a new favorite: Xtra with Oxy Clean Stain Fighters. It's in a blue bottle, and while it costs more than the regular Xtra formula, it does a better cleaning job thanks to the addition of enzymes.
A great compromise between performance and value. It's at Walmart, but hopefully it will spread to other stores.

At the moment i am using comfort blueberry & jasmine twist very disappointed with it. Unilever call it concentrated i think not 1 full cap for 6-7kg machines your best doubling it to 2 to get any decent softness & scent. On the other hand got myself a bottle of Aldi's own brand ocean breeze totally happy with it & just 1 cap full excellent softness & lasting scent. Also from Aldi's a box of 36 Almat 2 in 1 biological lavender tablets great results using just 1 tablet.

None is daily driver, but I'm trying out various powders to see what I like.

Surf- jury still out
Oxydol- seems ok
Era- just bought. Seems sudsy. Further evaluation needed.
Biz- Amazing

Tide when the account is full, Arm and Hammer if I am running on fumes. I found Oxydol in Nebraska and liked the lemony scent but haven't been able to locate any out West. I prefer powders to liquid and keep Cold Water Tide on hand for nicer clothes designed to wash in cold water that may have a grease spot from cooking. At the price of dry cleaning I usually wash dry clean only items in cold water. In some cases it costs more to clean an item than I paid for it. I always use Sauvetel in the lighest scent I can find. I soak clothes in plain old detergent and avoid bleach now that I'm on a septic. I bought 35 pounds of STPP but couldn't tell a difference with or wothout the additive and the same with Oxyclean. My guess is that food stains I get respond more to water temperature than a particular laundry detergent and so I don't wash anything that's ever that dirty.
