That ad for Dash is one of my all-time favorites. I just love the model's expression, hair style and makeup. It all makes for the perfect 'Mod' look of the period.
At least now I know who the model is and something of her life and of her passing.

I don’t think you missed anything by not being able to access the archive site. The NYT obit in the OP seemed to be the full obit to me. I just accessed the archive site and didn’t have to do any of the I’m not a robot hoops and the obit was the same as the OP obit.
