It’s old but still sturdy and it seemed like too many things shoved in the dishwasher caused this chip on the top and the crack to form along its side:

So I would surely like a new one like it to possibly replace…

Gave a bunch of those away (san the baseball emblem) to a local thrift shop back in 2019. Got them from my grandparents in 2003 and sat in the attic for 16 years until I was cleaning things out and realized I'd never get around to using them. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
 
I saw glassware similar to this when I was in Wasserstrom restaurant supply back in December. Probably have to buy a full carton, though. Another place to try is Midwest Glassware Outlet in Logan, OH (SE of Columbus); they had a good selection when I was there about 4 years ago, and sell by the piece.
 
Yes that's my guess although nothing denoting any specific team, and it's origins of how I even got it are unknown... It's actually stuck away in its place in the cupboard and I will just not use, only semi-ceremoniously save, as I commemorate its glory of drinking from its ideal parameters and size but mostly mourn...
