Got a new set of DVDsthis weekend-and it has a very interesting GM program in it -on the "Mr B's" lost shorts episode. Its the short thats "Design For Dreams" a GM film that looked like it was made in the 50's Shows all kinds of cars and a Frigidiare "Dream Kitchen" of the future. It showed in the kitchen scenes a large cylindrical rotating refigerator, and mixer that descends into a mixing bowel from under a kitchen cabinet when a button was pushed-and that Domed "oven" that bakes a cake and puts candles on it!!Sure its fictional machines-but interesting to see along with the heckling with the MST3K crew.

MST3K Vol#6.

I ordered it from Best Buy.com.You can also check any Best Buy store in your area. Its a 4 disc set that has 3 other discs in it-of other MST3K episodes. One of my collegues at work introduced me to the MST3K shows. The set costs about $54.The other episodess in the set are "Attack of the Giant Leeches","Teenages From Outer Space"and "Gunslinger"All are pretty funny and worth it.Also there is a short in the set entiled "Mr.B" that is halarious! Its in the same disc the Design For dreams is on.Mr. B is about encouraging kids to obtain and learn to play a musical instrument! Suppose the film shown in Band and music classes-too bad they didn't show that one in my Music class I took in Jr. High.Lots of luck finding it.One of the few things I got the "space Age Computer Age" way.
