Detergent commercial sighting question

Take a look at the Gain detergent commercial below. Is that Rob Keefe from the PBS series "Real Simple"? I think it is but am not sure.

Looks like Rob to me, although he looks a little younger in that ad than he does today. How old is that commercial?

Thanks. I thought it might be him, and the voice certainly sounds the same. I don't know how old it is; the description didn't say. I'm guessing late 1980s, early 1990s? I don't remember this commercial at all.
