Detergent dispenser

Is there suppose to be another part in here. Or just the way it is. I’m trying to get it back to white. I’ve been doing the retro bright with the hair peroxide stuff. But it needs to be in the sun.

Hi Chris, Yes there is an insert that you drop in if you want to use liquid detergent.

 

While the DD is neat it is really only used if you are doing a pre-wash followed automatically by a main wash, for normal single wash loads just add the detergent to the basket.

Thank you for the insite, I hope I can make it white again, I highly doubt I can find a replacement dispensers for this, I am also trying to find a new splash guard and agitator so they are not the yellow..

I am sure we have all but the tub cover, and I just recycled a tired washer just like yours last month, I will keep an eye out for a tub cover.

 

Our customer still has the black dryer, however it is gas.

that machine couldn't handle a vintage rotoswirl agitator. They are designed for the belt drive machines and this is a direct drive. The machines have two entirely different trans in them with different strokes and configurations
