$200 in Detroit, Michigan. I would get it, but I’m too busy to really work on it, nor do I even know how to take it apart. From the looks of it, it might be a step down from the TOL I’m guessing

Not a GM

The side edges of the top are higher than the front edge and there is no crease in the middle of the front panel. I don't see any screws on the bottom of the front panel either. I say WCI.
 
Looks WCI

Probably White-Westinghouse design. As mentioned above, the top is different, and so is the cabinet front, from a GM Frigidaire. The GM made machines had a horizontal line embossed into the metal that matched up with the bottom of the dryer door.
