Hello all. My Unimatic has developed quite a nasty squeak during agitation. Unfortunately I think this was from a combination of overloading it and letting my godson play with the pulsator while it was washing. You can see a demo of it in the movie. Also a second video to see if any abnormal sounds can be heard during a dry pulsation.

I'm just wondering if this is an issue that anyone has encountered before. I think it has something to do with the brake as I have noticed sometimes she doesn't pulsate during the spin brake period (like something hasn't "caught" and the brake fails to fully engage). I thought that or either the torque spring is messed up. I don't expect there to really be a quick fix but I was just hoping to brainstorm a little for the long term.

Interesting stuff, thanks for the reply. Worth it for me to drop that cross bar out the bottom and try to tighten the fan screw? If that's all it took I should definitely look into it.
