Dinner. It's what's for dinner!

OK. With everything that's been going on, the Sunday Dinner thread, or any other night for that matter, hasn't happened. Why don't we start it up on random nights! Here's our Saturday dinner: some Caprese salad, chianti salami, roasted, procuitto-wrapped figs, and bread. Some nice red wine put the finish on it!

And tonight was chicken-fried steak (yes, it's with buttermilk gravy), grits, and spinach. Yummo! Paula would be proud!

My mouth is watering. lol

I just love chicken fried steak I also have a great recipe from David Rosengarten from the Food Network from many years ago. You have to make a seasoned salt first to go on the steak.

How many calories in this dish??? Now if you eat the spinach with it, it cancels out all the calories.

But then again, who is counting. lol lol
