My friend had an old Eatons Viking (GE) dishwasher that destroyed itself beyond repair, so I replaced it with one of the last iterations of the reverse rack. Its a WU805, "computer controlled", direct drive. It doesn't have anything fancy on the top rack such as fold down tines or a silverware basket with a locking compartment. The bottom rack features the typical reverse rack shelves.
This is my first experience with a direct drive reverse rack, and I have to say its a hugely different experience than the belt drive. She says its washes very very very well, the wash action sounds a LOT different than the belt drive, slower and less vigorous. The spray arms jets are laid out a bit differently too. I rebuilt the pump, and there are a lot of changes as well.
