Well in just a few days back, we have the b.s. of name calling, grouping people by religion and politics, and so on and so on. Nice way to ruin the AW.ORG site!!!!!1 The past few months have been so very, very nice! Remember, name calling is NOT APPROPRIATE for children, and is NOT APPROPRIATE for adults. When you see it, whether it is aimed at you or not, push that "report this as offensive" button and let's put a STOP to this, now!!!!!!!!!

Oh,sure she was "nice" at first, kissing ass to everyone.Trying to make "friends" here again. But that is not her nature, after all. And it will get worse, and she will be right back to her old self very soon. Attacking everyone, while trying to play the victim. She is sicking, and it is no wonder her own family cannot stand her. I have been away for a few days so I must confess that I don't know of what thread we speak. However, if the remarks are offensive to youself or others then click the Select-o-Dial and choose "Report as Offensive".

We don't always know where someone comes from, or how they became what they are. We hopefully can endure their extreemisms and hopefully it doesn't consume them.

I have given the subject thread a look or two, and don't find the discourse to be nearly as incendiary as it has been on political threads in the past. I've made it a rule not to participate in them anymore, but this latest one is tepid compared to the flame wars we've witnessed before, and I think it's nothing more than a spirited discussion and have not seen any *personal* attacks.

Political parties and certain members of them have and always will be targets for vitriolic rhetoric, and they are all inviting it with their behaviors of late. I say chill out. That thread isn't so horrible.

Personally, I think this site has been rather calm lately.
If I see something that I don't like, I just chock it up to the fact that everyone has an opinion. Like it or not and move on.

In some subject area things can get heated. Rather than add fuel to the flames, I suggest those who are participating just practice primal therapy, away from the computer.

Maybe I should start refering to the Democrats as "Dummy-craps". Or non-Christians as "Heathans" or whatever. Name calling is name calling and is NOT appropriate. Other than the example above, I do NOT call people names. I RESPECT other peoples opinions. Why can't we converse without the name calling? Sorry I read the different threads and come across this, but why should I have to screen what I click on because "maybe" there will be name calling. Why can't we be adults and have meaningful conversations, make our points of view, with dignity.
