i do not know if its the same with the vmax whirlpool washer model but on the maytag i now use as daily driver vmax model also if extra rinse is selected washer after first spin do 3 spray rinse still learning even do its now install since july 4

That seems same as my ancient WP Cabrio, except for five spray rinses followed by a deep rinse.
