Does anyone have full cycle videos of their machines on YouTube? It would be cool to see a full cycle video of a Feigidaire Unimatic, or a vintage solid tub Speed Queen washer, or a RCA Whirlpool washer start to finish.
There are a lot of Full Cycle videos on YouTube of washing machines, but it would be cool to see a Full Cycle video of a Frigidaire Unimatic, or machines you don't see every day.
These include the full cycle but at a reduced time, everything that should happen does but with a couple minutes of redundancy edited out.
Frigidaire Unimatic - Filmed by our own Ben Swestka (swestoyz). (This is also the first vintage washer video that I ever saw in my life when I was about 9 years old, other than Robert's 'The Washers We Love and More')
'70s Solid tub SQ, also by Ben.
If you watch all of these videos you will have the cycle of a Whirlpool BD washer. - Filmed by "MrOddHobbies" on YouTube. This is an 18lb capacity model with a Double Duty Super Surgilator agitator and 505 RPM spin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BTD4IYcanQ
It doesn't include the final spin but it is the same as the first.
I had hesitated to upload this one due to it's size but here's a cycle walk-through of the 1956 GE washer-dryer combo in my Ogden kitchen. If this was the actual cycle, the video would have been nearly 2 hours! I have documented each phase of the cycle - enjoy!
A Full Cycle video start to finish of vintage top load washers would be cool to see. Here is Full Cycle of a Whilpool Direct Drive Washer, and I'll put it in the link. It would be cool to see a full cycle videos, but of vintage washing machines.
