Dominion Electric co

I am tring to find some information about the Dominion Electric co. from Mansfield Ohio. They produced small appliances. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks JEB

Not exactly helpful information for research purposes, but

Grandma had (probably still has) a Dominion window fan.

I remember it being in her house every summer when I'd visit her. I'm sure she had it since at least the early 1970s.

Scovill bought out Dominion

I seem to recall that Scovill bought out Dominion Electric during the the early 70s. There were some Hamilton Beach appliances that were branded Dominion after that had taken place. I remember Dominion having a portable mixer in which the beaters could be stored attached to the mixer. There is one such mixer on ebay to sell.

Hi Jeff, One of the retired engineers from Dominion is a friend of mine and living in N. Canton area. He was part of the design team for the small appliances in the 50's and 60's. Phone me sometime and I will put you in touch with him. He loves to talk about his time at Dominion and has many of the original drawnings and literature on their appliances. Jimmy
