Looks vaguely American Kitchens/D&M. Cabinets are Geneva. Faucet is American Standard, I think (definitely neither Moen nor Delta)
I concur American Kitchens dishwasher with the rotorack.

The photo in original post is reversed - here's the version you can read the Vent-A-Hood logo correctly.
This looks like a three-fan model, built for the griddle/grill and four-plus-two range top combination. Vent-A-Hood was probably the finest of of ventilation options at the time (and perhaps still is) with its powerful airflow capability and ease of cleaning/maintenance.
The refrigerator looks like it has a natural gas flame logo so likely a Servel.
I'm almost certain that's in the Beverly Hills house on Crescent Dr. She and her at the time husband Martin Melcher purchased it in the mid 1950's. She lived there until she built a new home in Carmel, CA. Yes, the sink faucet is American-Standard, as my dad's aunt and uncle had one like it.
About 20 years ago our local historical society took a tour of a custom cabinet factory located in our area, which was owned by friends of my family. They were in the process of finishing a large set of kitchen cabinets, and said they were going to be shipped to the purchaser in Carmel, CA. They didn't say who the customer was, but that we would all recognize her name. I'm nearly certain it was Doris, as I've seen pictures of the kitchen in that house, and they look like what I remember seeing at that factory.
Doris didn't want a funeral when she died, and to the best of my knowledge was cremated. Her grandparents are buried in the same cemetery in Cincinnati as the parents and other family members of one of my friends.

Is a waste king charm glow unit they worked well, but they made a lot of smoke and needed a lot of ventilation even with that very good hood. It would’ve been a real problem to use that with the hood so far above it I suspect it was almost never used or only used once lol

Thanks for sharing that story about Doris Day. She was always one of my favorites.
I read in her autobiography several years ago that her mother lived with her much of the time in California and helped with raising her son Terry. I recall seeing a photo of her kitchen taken probably in the early 50’s with her mother in the kitchen and a Sunbeam Mixmaster on the counter in the background with the head up indicating something had recently been made with it.
So that kitchen in the this thread may have been used quite a bit, but looks spotless because Doris likely would have had regular housecleaning staff to keep everything spic and span.

She did magazine ads for natural gas air conditioning and there's a picture or two showing her purportedly in her 66 house in Malibu with all the wood cabinetry etc.
